A friend of my sister-in-law is looking for a place to stay in the Arlington, VA, area. She has taken courses with the Ave Maria IPT program in Florida and is looking for an opportunity to share rooms with "good Catholic young women" while she attends the Institute for the Psychological Sciences. I don't know her personally but my sister-in-law says she is a good person. | Announcement for Nebraska Reunion |

You are invited to spend the weekend of May 12-13 with alumni from the Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri areas, and anyone else that can make it. We did this TAC reunion in Nebraska last year and it was a huge success! This is a family affair, so bring your kids!
This year we will be meeting the same weekend as the ordination to the Sacred Priesthood of Rev. Mr. Matthew McNeely (class of 1999). He will be ordained a priest for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter. Matthew went to TAC for a couple years in the late 1990’s. His brother Kaleb graduated in 1997.
It will be a real joy to celebrate Fr. McNeely’s ordination with him. He will be ordained on Saturday, May 12th at 10 am at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln. The McNeely family has graciously invited us to meet at their acreage for our gathering.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Wikipedia has relatively recently added articles of general interest: institutions named after Thomas Aquinas and a page dedicated wholly to St. Thomas Aquinas. Feast of St. Ignatius of Antioch
Isn't today the tenth anniversary of Fr. Conn's passing?
He was my first spiritual director, the greatest man I've ever known and, in more ways than one, a father to me.
Let's all pray for this great man and ask for his prayers in turn!

It has been five years since my son, Brother Joshua Morey ('00), entered Clear Creek Monastery in Oklahoma. On October 28, 2006, Brother Morey will make his Solemn Profession of Vows at the monastery during High Mass which begins at 10 am. The Abbot of Fontgombault will celebrate this Mass.
Everyone is welcome to attend! Although the monks do not have e-mail, they do have a website (www.clearcreekmonks.org) with contact information. Also, there are photos of the monks and the beautiful church under construction.
Please ask the TAC community to pray for Brother Morey as he prepares for this momentous occasion.

Is there a way to get a copy of a thesis? I would like to see Thomas Short's thesis, "Torture, an Application of Aquinas' Theory of Punishment." Does anyone know if they are available in electronic form?

Hi Everybody! How about an informal reunion at the 35th anniversary of TAC?! As you may recall, I'm no expert at mathmatics, but good ol' arithmatic says it's our 26th year out, no? How about a class of '80 table? I'm not coming all the way from Alaska unless I get some feedback -Well, maybe I will but it would sure be great to see as many of you as possible...I miss that California Gold sunshine and your smiles! Write back here or at tjsyren@aol.com There are about 10 alumni here; if you don't come we'll sit together at the AK table, and your loss! :)
